Men's Health

Dr. Judson Brandeis returns to the STRONG Men Podcast for the second time. This time the topic is not just about sexual function, but about men's overall health.

A healthy man is a strong man, but as we age things may not work as they used to. Dr. Brandeis, the author of, "The 21st Century Man", covers important topics for men to live better healthier lives along with having a great sex life.

Being a STRONG Man

After the age of 35, men can begin to experience some changes to his body. This may not be news to men who are over 40 and have already began to notice these changes.

Health does not just happen. Being a healthy man is the result of doing things to promote health. Just like expecting to be strong without ever doing physical work would be unwise, the same goes with our health.

We must take our health very serious if we want to age gracefully, or at least to keep things working as long as possible.

Sexual Health

Many men suffer from erectile dysfunction (ED). However, one thing most men are not aware of is, if you are experiencing issues with ED, you may not have just a penis problem, you could also be having issue with your heart.

We can stay healthy and strong as we age, but we must be proactive with our health. Be active and stay STRONG!

In this episode, Dr. Brandeis shares details about new technologies and research that are helping men to thrive as they age!
